Also details regarding refurbished products and what exactly is meant by the term refurbished.
When you see this logo on a product page it means that you are looking at an Ex Demo product. Grade A-1 will be either of the following... - Product has been used for demonstration but in excellent condition, as good as new.
- Packaging may have suffered from wear and tear but product remains new and un used.
When you see this logo on a product page it means that you are looking at an Ex Demo product. Grade A-2 will be either of the following... - Slight cosmetic marks may appear on product.
- May not be complete with original packaging.
When you see this logo on a product page it means that you are looking at a Refurbished product. Refurbished Products will be either of the following... - Products are generally pre-owned and have been part exchanged.
- Product may have experienced faults but have been repaired by certified engineer.
- Products that have been fixed and tested and in fully working order.
- Items used in field tests, sales displays or demonstrations.
- Items returned for reasons other than defect and tested by the manufacturer.
