This Philips 896 Pocket Memo is for use with Mini-Cassettes. With Slide Switch Control for ergonomic operation, this machine offers full file and edit capabilities. Both Dictation and Conference mode allow optimised recording levels. Letter indexing and capabilities to insert as well as overwrite.

This Philips Pocket Memo uses VIS (Visual Index System) to mark the tape with relation to each new recording.
