Unfortunately cannot rate this device because the instruction leaflet is  unintelligible and I am unfamiliar with digital voice recorders so am still trying to figure it out

The device itself is more than great for it's value. I've had a lot of experience with similar software before so navigation and use wasn't a problem at all, aside from the creation of folders of audio .mp3 files. I've submitted a ticket regarding the matter but I'm yet to receive a reply. Aside from that small hitch the audio recording function is superb.

The machine is very goo once you figure out how to use it, because the accompanying instructions are very poor.

I contacted the seller and received a quick solution to my immediate problem.  So on that front, I would rate it very good too.
