Order placed mid-day Friday and delivered following Monday - excellent service. Set up the AS-7000 which works perfectly (although I'm a novice at present!). I'm sure the after-sales service will be equally professional should I need it. Many thanks.

I did a lot of research for this particular product, and Dictaphones was the cheapest by quite a significant amount. I'm so pleased with this brand new product, and appreciated the speedy delivery.

I was unsure if this transcriber would work on Windows 8 so I sent an enquiry on a weekend evening.  I got a text reply within hours and a phone call Monday morning as well.

The order arrived very quickly and everything works perfectly - easy to plug in and use.
