The website was easy to use, the order was easy to place, delivery could  not have been earlier - it arrived the next day. The pedal itself is taking some getting used to: left side has to be struck quite firmly, but the fitting to my laptop was easy peasy

I have received my foot pedal and attached it to my laptop.  I haven't received any audio files yet so I have yet to see how that goes, but it all seems fine so far!

Product plugged in and working out of the box, with NCH Express Scribe software installed on MacBook Pro. Seems solid construction with good weight to keep in place on floor and long enough lead. Set up v straightforward with Express Scribe, with ability to set controls for left/ centre/right pedals.
