Here we have a Starter Kit which consists of the Philips DPM8000 alongside the Philips LFH7277 Transcription Kit.Together these two pieces of equipment offer a Secure (End-to-End) Dictation Workflow with the ability to dictate and send audio files to a typist to be transcribed using a headset and foot control.

The Pro Software supplied for both Dictation & Transcription provides 256bit AES Encryption and allows for integration with Speech Recognition Software - Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

Files can be sent from Author to Typist using either Email, FTP or shared on a network. Alternatively you may wish to make use of the latest Cloud Based Dictation Solution from Philips - SpeechLive.

SpeechLive provides a Secure Cloud Based Dictation System where audio files can be sent by Authors and downloaded by Typists whilst maintaining the workflow of a locally held server. Ideal for users who have multiple places of work.

SpeechLive also allows for Authors to outsource dictation to be typed by the Philips SpeechSribe Transcription Service. Ideal for when members of administration staff are away and Document Creation is urgently required.
