Purchasing a transcribe was a minefield for me so I telephoned to ask for help.   I couldn't have asked for better service, was given great advice and eventually purchased the Olympus AS-2400.  
I would definitely recommend this site.

Excellent service.  Took advantage of Live Chat who readily answered queries. Item itself is excellent, easy to set up and use although additional software required to convert dictation files to compatible files. Would definitely buy from this site again.
