Simply plugged it in and it installed. It takes a while to get the drivers from Windows Update and there bizarrely appears to be no way to download any from Olympus themselves. I did though download the useful software which allows you to map the function buttons on the microphone to button presses. This feature helped me to make them all work with Express Dictation software as otherwise they don't

nothing to remark, shipping was extremely fast only minus, our vat number was not on the invoice, but i have asked to rectify that and i'm awaiting the corrected invoice
